Friends, comrades welcome one and all to my new blog - through which I hope to bring you a near constant stream of exciting and original thought (in particular) around design, culture, fashion and politics.
Visual and material culture are currently in vogue as an area of study and rightly so; Designed objects embody an etymology of aesthetic ideas refering in turn to broader cultural and political forces. These are ideas which I will explore in greater depth anon... there will be pictures too.
